The Diagnostics Insights Page is where Google Ads advertisers can find issues that can affect ad account performance.
According to Google, diagnostic data helps advertisers identify common campaign issues such as: ads not showing, low engagement, unmeasured conversions, and more.
This data can be found on the insights page and dashboard of your maximum performance (Performance Max) campaign, allowing you to fix issues as soon as they are detected.
Google Ads will provide the following details:
- Account Status
- Payment status
- Review advertising policy
- Conversion tracking
- Campaign budget
- Target bid strategy
- Campaign Status
- Ad strength
Since Google Ads can basically immediately identify the problems your ad account is having, you can fix and optimize your ads as soon as you receive the notification.
About the Google Ads diagnostics page.
Google notes that Diagnostics Insights Page is only shown when an advertiser’s ad campaign isn’t getting traffic or conversions.
If your campaign is running and people are still seeing the ads and clicking on them, no diagnostics will be reported.

Because this update is in beta, some advertisers may not find it in their accounts, or if it does, the data may not be fully visible in many cases.
Diagnostic data is now available for maximum-performing campaigns and will be gradually expanded to other campaign types over the next few months.
